Shipping Policy
Please head to check out to see the most up to date shipping costs. Shipping for the portable monitor + stand setups is free in all regions.
We ship our products from Estonia, UK and US, so no import taxes, tariffs or other duties apply within the EU, UK and US.
For customers outside the EU, UK and US, please be aware that you may incur import duties, taxes, and charges, for which you are solely responsible. Your country's customs policies determine these charges.
All customers have the right to return any products in the first 14 days. Please contact us at support@ternsetups.com to start a return.
Orders are shipped using third-party carriers. Once a shipment is dispatched, customers receive a tracking number that allows them to monitor delivery progress and status updates.
Delivery confirmation may include carrier tracking records, delivery photographs, GPS confirmation, or other delivery verification provided by the carrier.
If a shipment is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first check the delivery location, neighbours, building reception, or other household members who may have accepted the package.
If the package still cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier and file a report with local authorities if theft is suspected.
If a shipment is confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported missing, we will assist customers in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier. The outcome of the carrier investigation will determine the next steps.
