Shipping Policy
All orders made before 12:00 CET are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 are shipped on the next business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or Estonian national holidays.
We ship our products from Estonia, so no import taxes apply within the European Union. We are also a registered VAT payer in the UK, meaning we will pay all taxes and duties for customers in the UK. Also, we ship to our US customers from our US warehouse so no import duties or taxes apply for US orders.
For customers outside the EU, UK and US, please be aware that you may incur import duties, taxes, and charges, for which you are solely responsible. Your country's customs policies determine these charges.
All customers have the right to return any products in the first 14 days. Please contact us at support@ternsetups.com to start a return!
Orders are shipped using third-party carriers. Once a shipment is dispatched, customers receive a tracking number that allows them to monitor delivery progress and status updates.
Delivery confirmation may include carrier tracking records, delivery photographs, GPS confirmation, or other delivery verification provided by the carrier.
If a shipment is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first check the delivery location, neighbors, building reception, or other household members who may have accepted the package.
If the package still cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier and file a report with local authorities if theft is suspected.
If a shipment is confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported missing, we will assist customers in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier. The outcome of the carrier investigation will determine the next steps.
