Shipping FAQ
All orders made before 11:00 CET are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 are shipped on the next business day.
If you choose the 'Economy Shipping' option, then the final delivery will be made by your country's national postal service. For example, in the UK, the final delivery will be made by Royal Mail, and in Denmark, it will be made by Postnord. You can also track your shipment through your national postal services tracking pages.
We ship our products from Estonia, so no import taxes apply within the European Union. We are also a registered VAT payer in the UK, meaning we will pay all taxes and duties for customers in the UK.
Customers in the US also don't have to pay any import tax because, under the de minimis law, small orders are exempt from any import taxes.
For customers outside the EU, UK and the US, please be aware that you may incur import duties, taxes, and charges, for which you are solely responsible. Your country's customs policies determine these charges.
