Shipping FAQ
All orders made before 11:00 CET are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 are shipped on the next business day.
If you choose the 'Economy Shipping' option, then the final delivery will be made by your country's national postal service. For example, in the UK, the final delivery will be made by Royal Mail, and in Denmark, it will be made by Postnord. You can also track your shipment through your national postal services tracking pages.
Our products are shipped from Estonia, and as such, no import taxes apply within the European Union. For customers outside the EU, please be aware that import duties, taxes, and charges may be incurred, for which you are solely responsible. These charges are determined by your country's customs policies.
