Shipping FAQ
All orders made before 12:00 CET are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 are shipped on the next business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or Estonian national holidays.
We ship our products from Estonia, so no import taxes apply within the European Union. We are also a registered VAT payer in the UK, meaning we will pay all taxes and duties for customers in the UK. Also, we ship to our US customers from our US warehouse so now import duties or taxes apply for US orders.
For customers outside the EU, UK and US, please be aware that you may incur import duties, taxes, and charges, for which you are solely responsible. Your country's customs policies determine these charges.
